What to Expect at the First Visit
Your dreams are on their way to becoming a reality. At your first visit, you’ll meet with your personal weight loss coach and share your health history, desires, favorite foods, least favorite foods, fears, and limitations. We will also talk about your vision for your health, weight loss history, and if you’ve ever worked with a personal trainer for weight loss before. Learning who you are and what kind of support you need is vital to us.




Plans
The “All-in” Package VIP Nutrition & Fitness Coaching
If you’ve never worked out before or have trouble working out consistently, this program is for you. The beauty of personal training is that it’s truly what it sounds like⸻it’s personal. We’ll design your workouts to meet your body’s needs and health goals. Personal training is recommended to you 2-3 times a week. Depending on your schedule, more or fewer sessions are available to you, and each session lasts around 55 minutes. Pairing good nutrition habits with resistance training will yield unbelievable results if you stick with it. We will work alongside you to keep you both motivated and accountable to get you to sustainable weight loss.
Virtual Weight Loss Management is Also Available
If you have scheduling limitations, live out of town, or prefer to work on your weight loss plan from home, online weight loss coaching can make things easy and flexible. Weight Loss and Nutrition Coaching Plans to Nourish your Body and Mind

We’ll empower you to adopt a custom meal plan that provides nutrient-rich foods you never thought could taste good. You’ll learn tips and tricks to eat mindfully and healthy for a lifetime, and you’ll have the confidence to make healthy choices. In addition to personal training, your weight loss coach will meet with you for two 45-minute sessions to offer nutrition guidance. We’ll help you stay accountable by evaluating if your meal plan is a good fit for your weight loss journey. You can feel free to share any concerns about your nutrition and eating habits.
